Tip to raise Testosterone

I am compiling a list of action items to raise T-levels at high levels without any artificial or pharmaceutical help.


My goal is to do as many of the below as possible -

  1. Get a good night sleep every night - this keeps stress low and therefore hunger stays in control

  2. Do not eat junk food especially the ones that spike insulin (carbs). If you do, make sure it is spaced by long durations of carb fasting

  3. No alcohol as it messes up with sleep and hunger

  4. Eat food and sleep at the same times everyday

  5. Abstain (studies show abstention/retention for 10 days at a time, raises t-level by a 4x)

  6. Make sure you get adequate Magnesium, Zinc, Vit D

  7. More sunlight exposure especially in the morning

  8. Do hard things like -

    • Lift weights or strength training 3-4 times per week

    • Take cold showers

    • Achieve small victories throughout the day

    • Exercise

8. Started taking 400mg Tongkat Ali supplement - will share results in 30 days

9. Eat more butter and meat - testosterone is made from cholesterol

10. Fidogia Agestis (TBD) - I will try this later.

11. Brief walk after food/lunch - accelerates nutrient absorption

12. Deep and longer breathing
